Do I pay for Bank Holidays?
No, the fees are calculated on an annual basis, excluding Bank Holidays, and divided into 12 equal instalments.

How and when do I pay my fees?
Fees are paid by direct debit at the beginning of each calendar month.

Are fees all-inclusive?
Fees include meals, use of nursery resources and extra-curricula activities. They do not include nappies or babies' bottles.

What discounts do you offer more than one child?
For two children attending we offer a 15% discount for the child paying the lower fees. A 20% discount applies where a third child is attending.

When will I get my deposit back?
Deposits are refunded one month after your child's last day in the nursery.

How do I apply for three and four year old nursery funding for my child?
Initially, we send your child's details to the education department. They send the money direct to us, which we then deduct from your fees.

Are there any other ways I can reduce my fees?
There are some independently run schemes whereby your company can pay your fees directly to the nursery. These schemes can save you up to 35% and we can give you the contact details on request.
