Our senior staff are always on-hand to discuss any particular concerns parents may have about their child's development or behaviour. Outside nursery hours, parents can call Happy 24, our round-the-clock childcare information line.

Care does not end when the children leave their nursery at the end of the day. Happy 24 medical information line is available to parents with concerns about their child's welfare, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week.

However, if your child is unwell or has had an accident, you should contact your doctor or hospital.
